Our Mini Potato Empanadas are made with our signature yellow corn crust and filled with delicious mashed potatoes and spices to obtain a delightful texture and flavour. Already fried in vegetable oil, you only need to heat them in an oven/grill or air fryer for 13 to 15 minutes.
