Our Mini Chicken Empanadas are made of a delicious crunchy crust of pure corn, filled with a mixture of chicken, mashed potatoes and spices to obtain a delightful texture and flavour. Already fried in vegetable oil, you only need to heat them in an oven/grill or airfryer for 13 to 15 minutes.
